As a co‑founder of SiouxperCon and one of its earliest visionaries, Shane Gerlach helped shape the convention’s identity, culture, and community impact from the ground up. Serving for years as Convention Director, he guided the organization through pivotal growth, championed inclusive programming, and built the foundation that continues to support SiouxperCon today.
