Exhibitor Information

2025 Booth Pricing
  • 10×20 End Cap Space $850.00 / $350 per additional booth

  • 10×10 Premium Booth (Along South Wall – Limited number!)  $450.00        

  • 10×10 Inline Booth $375.00

  • Artist Alley Table $250.00

Upon approval of your exhibitor application, vendors will be invoiced by SiouxperCon and required to sign our Exhibitor Agreement. Booths that are not paid in full by the invoice due date will be assessed a late fee.​ Invoices that are past due by over (30) days will have the space reservation released to another vendor.

Vendors Booths

Vendors booths are designed for exhibitors that are looking to sell items at Siouxpercon.​

  • Please Note: sales of food and beverage are prohibited by the venue's rules. The venue will allow some food and beverage sales with the payment of an additional fee. This fee is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and must be paid in full prior to being able to sell at SiouxperCon.

  • Vendor Booths are 10' x 10' and include (1) 8' table, electricity, (2) chairs and a waste basket.

  • Pipe and Drape is only provided between and behind booths.

  • Vendor booths include (3) Weekend Passes per booth. Additional passes must be purchased at their regular price.

Artist Alley Tables

Artist alley tables are designed for artists who wish to display their work. Sales are permitted at these tables as well, but make sure you read all the details below to be sure you have adequate space. 

  • Please Note: sales of food and beverage are prohibited by the venue's rules. The venue will allow some food and beverage sales with the payment of an additional fee. This fee is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and must be paid in full prior to being able to sell at SiouxperCon.

  • Artist Alley tables are 8' long, and include (1) 8' table, (2) chairs and a waste basket.

  • Artist Alley tables do not come with electrical access or outlet access. There is no pipe and drape between Artist Alley tables.

  • Artist Alley tables come with (2) Weekend Passes per table. Additional passes must be purchased at their regular price.

Additional tables, chairs, skirting, and pipe and drape are available through the venue. These incur and additional cost that is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor. Please contact the venue directly for pricing information and ordering:

Set-Up and Tear Down Assistance

SiouxperCon will have a limited number of volunteers available to help unload and load your vehicles into the exhibit hall. Rolling carts are not permitted through the venue entry doors, and may only be used from the loading dock access point.

SiouxperCon Policy on AI-Art

SiouxperCon does not condone or accept any form of AI-generated art pieces being used within our promotional materials nor being sold in our Exhibit Hall or Artist Alley. If AI-generated work is found to be on sale at the convention, it will be considered a form of counterfeit merchandise and will be required to be removed. Those in violation of this policy that are removed from the event will not be refunded.
