One to One Tutoring
Volunteer tutors provide a critical link that adult learners with limited literacy skills need. They receive training, ongoing support, and work to ensure each learner meets their goals.
REACH provides program materials, training, online information and successful community partnerships that allow both the tutor and learner to thrive and learn.
Adults with strong literacy skills will
- raise children who are good readers
- be good employees
- keep themselves and their families healthy
- be active in their communities
- advocate for themselves
- avoid crime.
